Consumer Terms & Conditions

Digitech Billing (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides payment processing services for participating websites (“Merchants”). We do not own or control the content, subscriptions, or services sold by these Merchants. By using our billing services, you (“Consumer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Role of Digitech Billing
We act solely as a billing and subscription management platform. All content, products, and services are the responsibility of the respective Merchant. Any questions about content access or functionality must be directed to the Merchant.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Digitech Billing to process charges on behalf of the Merchant. This includes initial, recurring, and renewal payments as agreed at the time of checkout.
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
Many services involve recurring subscriptions. Unless cancelled before the end of the term, your subscription will auto-renew using the payment method on file. Renewal pricing will match the terms disclosed at time of signup.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time by using our support portal. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, but past charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
5. Disputes
Chargebacks or disputes may result in a temporary block on future purchases through our platform. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve billing concerns.
6. Age Restrictions
By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or 21 in applicable jurisdictions) and legally authorized to use the chosen payment method.
7. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties except as required to fulfill payment services.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Orange County, Florida.
